This project, which culminated in the design seen in the gallery, began with a question from Mitsubishi Electric - Why is the U.S. so resistant to adopt ductless HVAC systems?  With this in mind, our studio researched, interviewed users, and organized surveys into a set of overall conclusions and possibilities for change. My design focused on changing the shape of the wall units and increasing customizability to better integrate the system into user's houses and businesses.
